Biography
Jake Semon, DPM, specializes in podiatry and wound care. His professional interests include foot and ankle injuries, pain, wounds and ulcers along with Achilles tendon problems, bunions, fractures, hammertoes, heel pain and limb salvage.
Trained in a high-volume setting where he treated a wide range of conditions, he understands how important it is to advocate for patients, treat them like family members and use the most advanced evidence-based care. He understands the importance activities of daily living, so he strives to do what is best for his patients, including taking their needs, wishes and goals into account and empowering them to participate in their care plan.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, like football and pickleball, cooking, traveling, and listening to music.
