Cone Health Epic System

As a part of Cone Health, Triad Foot & Ankle Center accepts referrals through Epic.

Proficient Health Referral System

Triad Foot & Ankle Center is a part of the Triad Health Network (THN) and accepts referrals through Proficient Health from other participating THN Networks.
